Teaching Beginners- Advanced Levels and all ages

•   It is my goal to foster a love for music in each student and provide a solid foundation in keyboard technique and musicianship so that students are empowered to explore the various styles.  I do my best to encourage and challenge each individual with a well rounded curriculum which includes different styles of repertoire, theory, improvisation, ear training, sight reading and performance opportunities.  This is taught by various methods that engage the student in his/her way of learning.

• Although I believe that pianists need to be familiar with classical repertoire, I also incorporate music to fit each student's individual interests that may also include popular, jazz, ragtime, religious, folk tunes etc. By providing the students with the tools needed in learning this art, it is my goal to help them develop their full potential and use their imagination as well as have fun playing the piano.
